OUR CSR
MTX focuses on community-building toward equitable opportunities for all — people in poverty, military and veterans, people experiencing homelessness, those battling cancer, and others. We have been fortunate to help non-profits worldwide. As a vocal proponent of responsible business, we endeavor to integrate CSR into everything we do. We aspire to be an industry leader in creating shared value with our clients and incorporating CSR into our business operations. CSR
POLICY
CSR has been integral to MTX, with efforts aimed toward empowerment, gender equity and education for generations to come. MTX strives for economic development that positively impacts society with a minimal resource footprint. MTX acts as a good corporate citizen and aims at supplementing the role of the government in enhancing the welfare measures of society within the framework of its policy.
The CSR activities shall be undertaken by MTX, as stated per policy, as projects or programs or activities (either new or ongoing), excluding activities undertaken in pursuance of its normal course of business.

A GLIMPSE OF IMPACT
Promoting Skill Development and Sustainable Livelihoods.
The pandemic left millions of people worldwide vulnerable and without the support and income to survive. Through our partnership with the PHIA Foundation, 10 women in Bhopal were able to continue their livelihood. The PHIA Foundation provides hope and helps to some of the most vulnerable communities in India. Through their “Empowering traditional artisans to preserve and promote their livelihood” initiative, they provided a structural framework for female artisans to not only support themselves but preserve their art as well. MTX is proud to partner with PHIA as they continue to impact the lives of those living in poverty.
